Chef Vijay Deokar, from Mumbai’s Hotel Oberoi Towers to Executive Chef at Chaska Indian Street Food, brings over 20 years of experience. He has worked at top hotels, Royal Caribbean Cruises, and consulted for various restaurants. Known for his fusion cuisine, he has cooked for Bollywood legends and global figures. A mentor and competition judge, he blends authenticity with innovation, creating a vibrant Bollywood-style dining experience at Chaska.
Meet Our Chef Ram Singh
Chef Ram Singh, born into a family of chefs, has over 20 years of experience in Indian cuisine across Liberia, Malaysia, South Africa, Germany, Spain, France, Singapore, and Portugal. Recognized internationally, he specializes in Indo-Chinese fusion, North Indian barbecue, tandoori dishes, street food, and curries. His expertise places him among the best in the field. We are thrilled to have him on our team.

Known for his innovative approach to fusion cooking, Chef Vijay has also managed culinary teams in some of India’s most prestigious hotels, like Taj Blue Diamond and Mayfair Banquets in Pune. His talent for culinary creativity extends to fast food and Indian fusion cuisine, as demonstrated by his consulting roles for various restaurants, such as Food United and Chutney Sauce Murabba.
He has also guest lectured at numerous culinary colleges in India and served as a judge on cooking shows and competitions.
Over the years, he has been featured in various culinary events, both nationally and internationally. This includes winning a medal as a Top Chef at the Food and Wine Festival 2016 held at SLS Casino in Las Vegas. His expertise and passion for the culinary arts earned him a spot in the Limca Book of Records.
