Chef Ram Singh, born into a family of chefs, has over 20 years of experience in Indian cuisine across Liberia, Malaysia, South Africa, Germany, Spain, France, Singapore, and Portugal. Recognized internationally, he specializes in Indo-Chinese fusion, North Indian barbecue, tandoori dishes, street food, and curries. His expertise places him among the best in the field.
